Slicer alco Cordon Bleu type ACB was specially designed for cutting “pockets” in flat products from meat or fish. Products are placed in the loading area of the machine on both sides. Using the upper and lower ribbons, the products are passed through a special knife that makes an incision. The position of the knife can be adjusted both in height and in depth of incision. Then, the incised products are continuously transferred to the unloading conveyor and sent on. In the area of the unloading conveyor, it is optionally possible to mount a device for opening the product, which opens the fillet, prepares it for filling and transfers it to the next conveyor.
