Alco frying machine, type AGF

The alco fryer, type AGF, is designed for optimum frying or to bring any product to full readiness in a hot oil or grease bath. Products are continuously passed through hot oil, and the temperature, speed of the conveyor belt and the frying time can be adjusted. The result is an appetizingly fried and brought to full readiness product. The unit is adapted for belt conveyors of standard market width for optimal line utilization.
