Alco dry breading machine, type APT

The alco dry breading machine, type APT, optimally applies various grades of breading material to the product, and the circulation system for the breading material works on the principle of gravity (if this is not necessary, see the alco flour breading machine). In addition, the installation has a compact and robust design. It can be used for the following types of breading: breading with dry breading material, breading with spices, such as barbecue products. The speed of rotation of the screws (vertical screw = circulation, horizontal screw = breading from the bottom) is regulated using a frequency converter (except for the machine type APT 250 N), which guarantees an optimum flow of breading material and ensures its careful use.
