The width of the tape is 400 mm. ALCO molding machines are designed for molding and portioning any product with an exact weight using a molding plate system. Due to the variety of interchangeable sets, an unlimited range of products is possible. For example, using a set of molding slabs, hamburgers, nuggets or similar molded products can be produced, and when installing a diaphragm, dumplings, croquettes and meatballs can be produced.
