It is intended for mixing minced meat with varying degrees of grinding with all components provided for in the recipe and the manufacturing process for the manufacture of sausages, as well as meat in pieces up to 0, 5 kg with salt and other food products in meat processing enterprises, and for the production of sausage cheese. The mixing units are quick-detachable for easy and quick cleaning of the bowl. Vertical loading and lateral unloading by screws make the machine easy to operate. With small dimensions and weight, the machine provides high-quality mixing of a relatively large amount of minced meat. Kneading bowl is equipped with a lid and two blade augers, rotation of the screws from individual gears. The operator carries out the main technological process with manual control. Parts and assemblies in contact with the product, and lining are made of stainless steel. Operator safety is provided by a locking system.
