Meat mixer 630l. (Mixer) paddle can be used to mix bulk products. Mixer Ya2.1-FKh2T is designed for mixing components of raw meat and spices in the production of sausage meat. It can be used both for mixing sausage meat and for salting lump raw materials. All details of the Ya2.1-FKh2T meat mixer in contact with raw materials and the outer skin are made of stainless steel. The mixer is controlled from a stand-alone console installed in a place convenient for the operator (it is possible to mount the console on a wall). The mixer is equipped with two mixing and one discharge screw. There are two modes of mixing: manual and automatic. In automatic mode, the rotation time of the mixing screws in one or the other direction, the pause time and the total operating time are set.
