Designed for continuous grinding of boneless veined, frozen to -40 meat and meat products in the production of high-quality minced meat for sausages and sausages. It is equipped with a set of interchangeable grids for varying degrees of grinding. Parts and assemblies in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The design provides for quick disassembly and assembly of the grinding mechanism, which creates additional convenience during maintenance. The feed mechanism ensures uniform passage of raw materials through the cutting unit. This excludes clogging with fat and heating of meat products. Through the use of a second intake auger, productivity increased by two and a half times. At present, we can manufacture remote controls for equipment.
