The Seydelmann KK 140 emulsifier is a very fine grinding machine with technology unique to the market: unlike traditional systems with cutting grids / knives, premixed crushed material is sucked through a system of vertically following cutting grids and inserts. They are at a minimum distance from each other and do not touch during rotation. Friction of metal on metal, and, consequently, the ingress of metal dust into raw materials is completely excluded. Plate wear is greatly reduced. The fineness of minced meat is determined by the number of cutting grids and inserts used, as well as the number and size of their holes. It is possible to obtain both finely ground (when using up to seven cutting inserts) and coarsely ground meat.
