The self-supporting design of the machine, made entirely of stainless steel, has smooth surfaces and meets the highest level of hygiene. The heart of the machine - the rotor, whose diameter has been increased compared to the 500 and 700 series - provides maximum portioning accuracy. Rotors can be supplied with 16 or 6 gates, and also - with a choice - with blind gates. When cleaning the syringe, water flows out of the rotor on its own due to the convenient design of the machine.
