Automatic shrink packaging machine "Turbopack A3T" is designed for packaging products of a cylindrical shape in shrink film (in a cardboard tray) with band wrapping unit. Productivity is up to 30 blocks / min. It is used in bottling, packaging of canned food, beer in glass bottles, etc. Bottles from the bottling line (filling machine) are supplied in one row to the block former. The presence of agitator eliminates the formation of congestion and ensures the separation of bottles (cans) into 4-6 rows. The formed block of bottles (cans) is moved to the scan "tray" (substrate). The formation of a “tray” (folding of the boards, supply and application of hot melt glue) occurs during the non-stop movement of the production unit. The tray is connected to the welding module and the heat shrink module. The unit in the "tray" is moved to the feed conveyor of the packaging module (banding machine), where it is wrapped with shrink film. The intermediate conveyor transfers the block to the conveyor belt of the thermal tunnel for subsequent shrinkage and creation of transport packaging. Line conveyors have infinitely variable speed control. A single line control panel allows you to control from one position. One operator is enough to service the line.
