Designed for washing and sterilizing empty glass bottles and cans with an outer diameter of up to 92 mm and a height of up to 300 mm. It can also be used for washing and sterilizing (or only for washing) bottles and cans of other materials. Structurally, the installation is a step-by-step rotating disk with ten mounting cups of a special shape in which the container to be washed and sterilized is placed (neck down). Under the disk are two nozzles with three vertically located nozzles oriented in the center of the glasses. Hot water is supplied from the first nozzle to the bottles installed in the glasses under pressure, and steam from the second nozzle. Thus, from the inside, each bottle is washed three times with hot water and treated three times with steam. There are two nozzles above the rotating disc for the external treatment of bottles with hot water. The top cover of the installation case is removable, which makes it possible to quickly change the type of installation glasses in case of a change in the type of processed bottles.
