The Pastpak 2P2 filling and packaging machine is a rotary type automatic machine: two independent rotors with electromechanical frequency-controlled drives or servos, one or two rows of containers on each rotor. The increased diameter of the rotor allows packing in buckets of up to 3 liters on a machine in a single-row design. The machine is designed for dosed packaging of liquid and viscous products, including soft easily deformable components up to 7 mm in size, in finished plastic containers of various shapes - a cup, box, bucket, followed by sealing with foil, film or capping. Each filling unit of the machine is independent, but with a common control panel and a dual-flow outlet conveyor.
