Packaged products: Food liquids: milk, kefir, fermented baked milk, yogurt, syrups, juices, water, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc. Non-food liquids: liquid detergents, shampoos, bleaches, etc. An automatic bottling line carries out the filling of liquid and pasty products into rigid containers (bottles, cans, cans) with their subsequent corking with screw caps (plastic with a safety ring or twist-offs). It is possible to fill both in PET and in glass containers. The bottling line consists of linear-type modules interconnected by a conveyor: bottle rinsing module, dispensing module, capping module. Assembly units and parts, components of modules, are made of corrosion-resistant steels and plastics that are acceptable for use in the dairy industry. The design of the modules allows you to arrange the line depending on the layout of the production room. Additionally, the milk filling line can be equipped with various equipment: a water ozonation station, labeling equipment, a ink jet printer, automatic machines for creating a group transport packaging of the TURBOPAK series.
