The long pasteurization bath is designed for heat treatment with mixing of milk, milk mixtures, milk processing products. The long pasteurization bath consists of the following main units: bath, piping system and control cabinet. The long-lasting pasteurization bath consists of an internal stainless steel bath enclosed in a body and an outer lining. A steam distribution head is placed under the inner bath, to which steam is supplied through the pipeline. A pipe for draining water is brought down from the interwall space. A valve and a cold water supply pipe are connected to it. Overflow pipes serve to maintain a constant water level in the inter-wall space. Long bath The product is mixed in the long bath with pasteurization by means of a mixer rotating from the gear motor. Control over the temperature change of the product, water in the inter-wall space is carried out using thermometers.
