Stirrer boiler

The boiler is designed for intensive mixing of liquid, thick products. It can be used for mixing poppy seed filling with dry additives, confectionery fillings, marmalade, food products. The boiler is equipped with a powerful turbine for breaking lumps and obtaining a homogeneous, homogeneous mass. The boiler for liquid products with various viscosities is equipped with: a low-speed mixer; high-speed turbine for breaking lumps and mixing; the volume of capacity is determined with the Customer (can be 100, 250, 500, 1000 l.). At the request of the client, the mixer can be equipped with: a frequency regulator to control the speed of rotation of the mixer; a jacket for heating or cooling; product transfer pump; tensors for dosing and weighing the product in a container. Boilers are made of stainless steel food grade.
