Designed for baking a wide range of: wheat bread, rye-wheat shaped and hearth bakery products of flour confectionery prosfor, Easter cakes for cooking (heat treatment) of meat, fish, vegetable and other dishes. A uniform thermal field is created in the baking chambers of the HPE furnaces, which ensures uniform baking or uniform heat treatment of products in a stationary air environment. Due to the simplicity of design and versatility, CPE ovens are widely used: as the main equipment for small and medium-sized bakeries in confectionery shops at catering enterprises.
