CustomHeat electric convection oven has a high-quality design, with excellent features at a comfortable price. The oven can be used for: - baking all types of bread and dough, fresh and frozen; - preparation of gastronomic blanks, fresh and frozen; - restoration of chilled and frozen food; - cooking meat, fish, all kinds of vegetables. The furnace body is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, while the inner lining of the chamber is made of food grade AISI 304 stainless steel. An electronic control panel is installed in the CustomHeat oven. The presence of an extended timer up to 120 minutes allows you to control the baking time of almost any product. The oven has a humidification function. 2 fans, regulated by a special electronic inverter, 2 heating elements of 3, 3 kW each. The oven has 4 levels with universal guides made of food stainless steel for trays 600x400 mm or gastronorm containers GN 1/1. The door is equipped with double glazing. Reliable door hinges made of stainless steel.
