Dough sheeter for small productions. Ideal for pastry shops, bakeries and pizzerias. The width of the cylinder is 500 mm. The rolling direction can be easily changed with one movement of the lever. A flour container is located at the top of the unit. Safety grilles and a microswitch protect the operator from injury. Motor lock when lifting the grilles to a dangerous level. Emergency stop button with manual release provides instant cylinder stop. A removable pedal for changing the direction of rolling is an option. Mounting a stand on a table or trolley (optional). Compact design. The distance between the cylinders with a diameter of 60 mm is adjustable: the thickness of the dough layer is from 0.1 to 27 mm.
