The TM-63 kneading machine allows you to get a homogeneous elastic product without lumps and unmixed areas. The dough mixing machine is intended for operation in the conditions of baking and confectionery production. · The design of the machine is adapted to work with a product of high viscosity. · This unit is used for the preparation of various prescription mixtures of wheat and rye flour. · Intended use of the dough mixer: kneading tough dough for lamb, pasta, dumplings, pasties, biscuits, gingerbread cookies, cookies, prosphora and other varieties of mealy confectionery. · The machine consists of a bed, a kneading tank with two Z-shaped blades, a shirt, a stationary cover, a knot mechanical knock-down unit, a blades drive, a tilting drive and a kneading tank return, a guard and a control panel. · Kneading machine is available in two versions: - with / without jacket and thermal insulation; - kneading tank, blades, stainless steel / carbon steel shirt. · Type of kneading organ - two Z-shaped blades. · The number of revolutions of the blades can be changed at the request of the Customer. · Blade thickness - 22 mm. · Drive type - standard (lower) / geared motor for the rotation of the blades and the overturning of the kneading tank are mounted coaxially on the shafts of the blades.
