Mecnosud subcompact dough mixers are developed for industrial use in small and medium-sized enterprises. They are intended primarily for working with bread dough, but can also be used for kneading all types of yeast and pastry dough (except for dough with a moisture content of less than 40%). Depending on the version and volume of the bowl, the mixer is equipped with one or two motors - the main spiral rotation motor and the bowl rotation motor.
