The machine is designed for lifting a bowl with dough with a capacity of 300 l and tipping them into the receiving hopper of the dough divider or on the production table for cutting the dough. Closing the fence, close the chain of its blocking and press the “Up” button to turn on the drive. The carriage with the platform rises, the roller falls into the groove of the head, the platform with the bowl deters over at an angle of 1100, and the drive is stopped using the upper limit switch and the stop on the carriage. After releasing the bowl from the test by pressing the "Down" button, the platform with the bowl will be lowered to its original lower position. The carriage stop by pressing the roller of the lower limit switch stops the drive. Open the fence, roll the bowl out of the platform, depressing the pedal of the spring clip that locks it.
