The machine for forming dough pieces I8-SHFZ is designed for forming dough pieces from wheat or other dough close to it in terms of physicochemical properties, by pressing it with corrugated rolls through nozzles of dies with holes of various configurations. The machine is used in confectionery shops of bakeries and confectionery factories of small and medium capacities when depositing shortcrust pastry with laying dough pieces directly on baking sheets of sizes 600x800 mm, as well as depositing liquid dough for muffins, eclairs. An improvement is possible for marshmallow jigging.
