Designed for molding rectangular, oval or round sugar cookies with the application of various patterns on the molded dough. It is used in confectionery shops of low power. The design of the machine provides: an adjustable gap between the injection and forming drums; automatic sheet feeder; adjustable clearance between the knife and the forming drum; tedder dough in the receiving hopper; belt tension adjustment; adjusting the performance of the machine using a frequency converter. Teflon coating is applied to the forming drum, the lining is made of stainless steel.
