The machine is designed to form blanks from gingerbread or other dough similar in properties to the surface by extruding corrugated rolls through nozzles of matrices with holes of various configurations and then cutting the test bundles into separate blanks using the string cutting mechanism. The machine is used in the production of gingerbread of various recipes of round and oval shape, cookies such as "Oatmeal", "Leaflets", "Mosaic", etc. The machines are available in two versions: with jigging on the bottom sheets (A2-ShFZ) and with jigging directly on the tape under the furnace (A2-ShFZ-01).
