Receiving conveyor TEM-300

The receiving conveyor serves for transplanting products from the EM-300 enrobing machine onto parchment paper, after which the products are placed in a refrigerator. The paper is loaded in the form of a bobbin wound on a cardboard tube. The speed of the tape is continuously adjustable using an electronic controller, to ensure consistency with the speed of movement of the mesh enrobing machine. The paper moves by pressing it against the conveyor belt. The pressing force is adjustable. To prevent spontaneous unwinding of the bobbin and achieve a minimum transition radius, paper is preloaded using a friction clutch. Turn on / off the movement of the tape using the joystick. The conveyor height is adjustable. The frame is made of stainless steel.
