“SINTESI” electric jigging machine is designed for the production of jigging shortbread cookies from thick, liquid and semi-liquid dough. The machine is equipped with a stamp for manufacturing products using string cutting (gingerbread, Oatmeal baking), a string cutting mechanism, nozzles (two sets of nozzles - a direct nozzle and a nozzle with cutouts). Automatic control of the machine is carried out using a microprocessor. It is possible to fully program the machine (more than 20 input parameters for one jig cycle, create, edit and store 55 programs), as well as change the jig cycle of the machine during its operation.
