The SM-2P marshmallow machine is a body with a working body - a shaft with blades and an exhaust pipe. The shaft rotates from the electric motor through a V-belt drive. Preparation of the marshmallow mass occurs by churning the sugar-apple mixture and mixing the whipped mass with sugar-agar glue, dye and other additives. The initial components are laid in the machine body, the electric motor is turned on. After 10-12 minutes, the downed mass is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
