Flexo Plate Printing Form

These plates are made using Kodak Flexcel NX technology, which provides a flat raster dot surface. As a result, such printing plates enhance the brightness and saturation of the print. Flexcel NX printing forms are stable in operation, reduce production costs by saving inks (since a second run is not required) and provide a high print run. They allow the use of flexographic printing for that printed product, which is usually made by intaglio printing. Product specifications: Thickness tolerance - not more than 20 microns for forms 1.14 and 1.70 mm. Positive line - from 0.02 mm. The negative line is from 0.03 mm. Freestanding positive point - from 0.05 mm. Separate negative point - from 0.05 mm. Tonal gradation in high light - from 0.4%.
