Nyloflex® Digital flexographic printing plate

We make digital printing forms on the basis of digital photopolymer plates of the Flint Group company of the nyloflex® Digital series. Flint Group plates are some of the best on the market (see the "Photopolymer Plates" section). Nyloflex® Digital Plates meet all modern flexographic printing requirements; stable and reliable during processing; have increased resistance to swelling and allow the production of high-quality circulation-resistant printing forms. Digital forms, unlike analog ones, have a clearer profile of printing elements and more open white space elements, which ensures excellent image contrast during printing, and also makes it possible to transmit a wider range of tone gradations. We make molds of any format / form using stochastic and hybrid screening / molds with improved ink transfer on spot areas (using the PlateCell and CellCenter Screening prepress technologies).
