Flexographic Printing Plate

Analog flexographic printing plates are made on the basis of analog photopolymer plates. The properties of printing plates depend on the properties of photopolymer plates (see the section "Photopolymer plates"). For the manufacture of analog plates, we use Flint Group's photopolymer material from the nyloflex® series. Flint Group inserts are some of the best on the market. Meet all modern requirements of flexographic printing; stable and reliable during processing; have increased resistance to swelling, and allow the production of high-quality circulation-resistant printing forms. We produce molds of any format, as well as molds using stochastic and / or hybrid screening and molds with improved ink transfer on spot areas (using PlateCell and CellCenter Screening prepress technology).
