Nyloflex® FCC analog plates are specially designed for flexographic printing on rough corrugated board with uncoated or slightly coated liner. Main advantages: ideal for the production of simple packaging; suitable for use in the printing of corrugated cardboard "in line"; provides very good ink transfer, allowing printing dies with high optical density; excellent adaptation to the surface of the corrugated cardboard reduces the effect of the “washboard”; the special properties of the surface of the plate can reduce the number of flushing plate (cliche) during printing extremely resistant and reliable material with a low degree of swelling, high resistance to ozone and providing high stability during operation.
