Flexographic Ink 489

Inks of the 489 ™ series can be used in the following areas: • Simple lamination (in the case of PET (lavsan) additional testing is required). • Adhesive lamination (solvent and solventless). • Surface printing (to improve the strength chemical and physical properties of the ink system, the addition of an adhesion promoter is recommended). Characteristics: High delamination force when using the appropriate adhesive on various types of films. Excellent printability in flexo printing. Good adhesion to a wide range of materials, if necessary, you can use an adhesive additive for coextruded OPP (oriented polypropylene). Applicable for printing on chemically treated PET (lavsan), OPP and PE. They have a low level of residual solvent after printing under the right drying conditions. Heat-resistant up to 170-180 gr C. They have high levels of gloss (with surface printing, wax additives can increase abrasion resistance and slip properties). See the instructions section of the site for more information.
