On-site washing station (CIP station) is designed for in-place washing of fermenters, reactors, vessels, pipelines and hoses. The system is fully automated and can be washed in accordance with a user-programmed capacity of 100 to 3,000 liters. The system consists of two tanks with a working volume of 175 liters each (200 liters full), a steam heat exchanger, two centrifugal pumps (supply and return), two peristaltic pumps, instrumentation (temperature, pressure, electrical conductivity sensors), a control unit. Control unit The control unit is mounted on the frame, the cabinet size is 760x760x300mm. For the operator’s work, a control panel computer with a touch screen and a keyboard with a track ball is installed. It is possible to coordinate the operation of the CIP station with the controllers of reactors and fermenters. Measurement systems An optimized PID measurement system and transmitters for controlling the following functions: - Temperature: measurement, monitoring and recording. - Conductivity: measurement, control and recording. - Pump speed: measurement, control and recording. - Pressure: measurement, control and recording.
