Mobile sip washing

The company has developed a mobile sip-washing system for efficiently cleaning containers after the process or between cultivation cycles. The advantage of a mobile installation is that it can be used on several production lines. For the washing process, two 200-liter containers are installed on the platform, into which concentrates of washing reagents come from 10-liter containers. Next, the ready-made solutions (with the desired concentration) are fed to the fermenter and, with the help of a circulation pump, are returned back after the end of the washing cycle, thus, the process is economically viable. To connect a sip-sink, two lines are needed - the supply of solutions and their return to the tank.
