Sip-washing (CIP) consists of two tanks with a volume of 100 liters each, a steam heat exchanger, two centrifugal pumps with a capacity of 2.2 and 4 kW - 50 Hz, two peristaltic pumps, a control unit, instrumentation. Dimensions (LxWxH): 1900x850x1520 mm (the length may be slightly less, depending on the number of handles for transportation (on both sides or only one). Weight: filled SIP-washing ~ 800 kg.
