A 30-liter oak filler barrel made from radial rivets is an excellent solution for aging, storage, as well as transporting wine, cognac and various strong drinks. This product is hand-assembled according to the classic Bondar technique, in which rivets are preliminarily softened using the WTO (wet-heat treatment), and then they are pulled together with strong and durable stainless steel hoops. For the production of rivets, wood of rocky and pedunculate oak grown in the North Caucasus is used. The riveting is made by radial sawing, which protects the product during operation from deformation during drying or swelling. Barrel firing, metal faucet installation, long soaking and waxing are available on request.
