Designed for wort from pulp or whole grapes. Equipped with a system for separating flows of gravity wort and press fractions. Management of the press is carried out using programs that provide different modes of pressing, changing the speed, time and degree of pressing. Open type presses are convenient to use when processing grapes according to the “red” method, because Perforated drums with slotted holes are used. Closed type presses are convenient to use when processing grapes into white wines, where oxidation of the wort with atmospheric oxygen is unacceptable, since solid drums are used (wort is selected inside the drum through filter channels).
