Description of work: The operator sequentially lays in the receiving bath a lattice pad-pillow made of wood, a mold and nylon fabric into which it fills a layer of pre-ground raw material, then again a pad-pillow-mold-nylon cloth and so on to the top mark. On top of the entire “sandwich” they lay a cushion pad, turn on the hydraulic station engine and a valve to start the pressing procedure. The pressure of the press is regulated by the operator, but cannot be greater than the maximum values of the hydraulic system, which will automatically turn off the pressing process when the maximum pressure in the system is reached. Juice passes through nylon and accumulates on a pallet, where it is discharged into a receiving container through a drain hole. Next, the platform is moved from the working area to the unloading zone in order to free the mold from the cake. When working on 2 rotating platforms, pressing is carried out on 1 platform, and raw materials are loaded onto forms on 2 platforms.
