Bubbling is the process of passing out a vapor layer through a liquid layer using perforated tubes lowered to the bottom of the bubbler. In other words, after the part of the steam is condensed in the first bubbler, the entire subsequent one does not go further into the refrigerator, as in the usual variations of the apparatus, but heats the previously condensed steam, which in turn goes to the next bubbler and everything repeats. Thus, steam containing no fusel oils is suitable for the refrigerator (coil), only the lightest vapors that have repeatedly evaporated. After the first distillation, we get a product corresponding to 2, 3 or even 4 distillations, depending on the number of spargers installed in series. Saving time is obvious. The quality of the product is enviable!
