Pasteurizer electric tubular PT up to 1000 l / h

The flow pasteurizer is designed to heat liquid products (juice, milk, iced tea and other drinks) in order to pasteurize them. The pasteurizer is not a pasteurization-cooling unit, i.e. does not cool the product after it is heated. A pasteurizer is a container in which there is a coil and electric heaters. The tank is filled with water, and is heated by heating elements to a predetermined temperature. The product is transported along the coil and heated with hot water. The temperature of the product at the outlet is controlled by a temperature sensor and, when a specified level is reached, it is directed through the valve to the filling machine. If the outlet product temperature has not reached the set level, the valve closes and the product returns back to the coil for heating.
