The rinsing semiautomatic device is intended for rinsing glass, plastic cans and PET bottles, with a capacity of up to 5 liters. Rinse aid removes mechanical impurities (glass fragments, cardboard, dust, etc.) from any bottles and containers before bottling. Installing containers on the rinse aid and removing them is done manually. In the car, the bottles are transported by a special conveyor. In the process of movement, the glass and PET containers are automatically rinsed. When working with glass containers, it is possible to perform a rinsing semiautomatic device with processing containers, after rinsing, with steam. The machine is made of stainless steel and composite materials. Productivity: from 1500 to 3000 bottles / hour (V = 0.5-5 l.)
