Della Toffola MTW tangential filter with spiral membranes

MTW filters allow the processing of wort, wine, vinegar, which are clarified and contain bentonite, polyvinyl polypyrrolidone and carbon. Filtration systems are made of AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel, and gaskets and seals are made of Viton-Silicone material. Spiral membranes with a filtration class in the range of 0.12 μ - 1 are suitable for clarifying wort, wine and vinegar. They can filter products with a maximum turbidity at the input of 4000 NTU, guaranteeing a turbidity at the output of less than 1 NTU. They can be made in manual, semi-automatic or automatic versions and in various sizes, containing from 2 to 36 modules. They are easy to use, do not require the constant presence of the operator.
