Universal multi-channel installation for filling liquid and thick products with large doses (from 1 to 10, 15 liters and more). It is used for bottling drinking water, drinks, vegetable oil, liquid soap, detergents, household chemicals, glass washer fluid, car cosmetics, synthetic oils, etc. The unit is designed as a compact floor-mounted semi-automatic device and is well suited for filling various products with large doses (from 1 up to 10, 15l and more). The installation has a modular multi-channel structure. The number of filling channels can vary from 1 to 12 or more. In this way, the required device performance can be ensured. The installation can also be equipped with a capping device for various types of covers. In the process, the operator puts empty containers at the filling position and presses the button. Then there is an automatic dosed filling. After the operation of filling (filling), the operator moves the container to the capping position. Moreover, the size and type of packaging does not matter. The main requirement is the presence of an open neck. Adjustment and dose adjustment are carried out using the control panel. The installation has high performance, is simple and reliable.
