The device for filling (dispenser) UD-2 is used for filling all kinds of food and non-food products (including aggressive ones) with various degrees of fluidity (both liquid and thick) . The filling machine is a self-priming unit and does not need additional pumps and other product-feeding devices. Using the UD-2 dispenser, the product can be packed directly from the container with the product, for which you just need to lower the flexible dispenser hoses into the container (or connect the dispenser hoses to the outlets of the container). The filling machine is equipped with an electromechanical drive, which allows packaging immediately after connecting the dispenser to the power supply. The filling machine has the ability to install dosing cylinders of various volumes, which allows you to cover a wide range of doses of packaged products. The dispenser also provides for the possibility of smooth dose adjustment (within the volume of the metering cylinders), so you can set any desired dose volume. The elements of the filling apparatus in contact with the product are made of stainless steel grade 12X18H10T, or its analogues and fluoroplastic grade F-4. UD-2 filling devices are approved for use in the food industry by the bodies of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision - they have a hygienic conclusion and a certificate of compliance.
