Mixer drunk barrel from 50 l stainless steel

The mixer is designed to mix products that cannot be injured during the mixing process: nuts, seeds, crackers, chips. The mixer is also great for blending tea, coffee and evenly applying flavors on them. The mixer is equipped with a dosing system for bulk components - salt, flavors and a dosing system for liquid components such as oil, dyes, flavors. Liquid additives are dosed by spraying (misting) through a nozzle. The degree of atomization is continuously adjustable. The injection system includes: - a stainless tank with a measuring cup, taps and hoses; - compressor with pneumatic reducer; - needle valve for regulating the torch; - nozzles. Inside the mixer there are blades which, without injury, evenly mix the product. Product unloading is performed by the drum tipping method. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
