The bone crusher is designed to grind the bones that come from processing livestock. It is installed in meat processing plants as part of equipment for the production of bone food, industrial fats and dry animal feed. The crusher consists of a cutting mechanism and a drive. The cutting mechanism is mounted in a welded steel housing design. Knives are mounted on a knife shaft in a spiral: a loading knife, large knives, medium knives, small knives, an unloading blade. The drive consists of an electric motor and gearbox connected by a V-belt drive. The gearbox is connected to the knife shaft by an elastic coupling.
