Tubular overhead tracks are designed to transport pork and beef half carcasses. The supporting structure is made of black galvanized steel. Suspension rail can be made of stainless or galvanized pipe, depending on customer needs. We produce two types of suspension tracks: automatic and gravity. The supporting structure is made of I-beams or with channels twisted together by shoulders (double channel). The tracks are attached to the structure using pendants made of hot galvanized steel. We also offer to purchase elements of tubular overhead tracks: · Sliding Euro-hook. · Pneumatic brake. · Track chain for automatic release of carcasses in lines with automatic feeding. · Sliding cardan shaft for swivel pipe connection. · Four-way arrows for crossing the intersection of overhead rails. · Convertible arrows for tubular ways. · Pneumatic synchronizer for lifting carcasses from gravity overhead tracks to mechanical ones. · Stainless and galvanized telescopes for unloading half carcasses from the freezer on an expedition. · Hot dip galvanized tubular steel bracket. · By the individual order production of pendants from stainless steel is possible.
