PRUb 135 I, III - for cutting beef (horse) sternum in meat processing plants of any size, - productivity approx. 250 pieces / shift. OPERATING PROPERTIES - strong and reliable high-performance epectropiles, - smooth surfaces do not allow the collection of meat and bone waste, - good maintenance of the blade, - simple maintenance and ease of washing, - the electric saw meets the requirements of current standards in the limit of safe use, hygiene and contact with products nutrition.
