PSS SF high-speed grinders are intended for food industry workshops for quick grinding of frozen meat blocks and various other products with temperatures up to -25 ° C. PSS SF provide gentle and high-quality grinding of the product into small, medium-sized and large flakes. Blocks of frozen meat or another product are fed to the folding table PSS SF and automatically move to the cutting drum, while the clamping device ensures the optimal position of the block for complete and high-quality grinding. PSS SF achieve high productivity thanks to the design of the cutting drum, which processes blocks with a size of 600x400x200 mm. On the cutting drum there are 7 knives, the gaps of which can be changed in three versions, depending on the required thickness of the cutting product.
