This model Urschel (SLA) is designed for cutting of cooked or raw tempered meats such as beef,
ham, mutton, chicken, and liver, as well as being suited to vegetable products.
The unit has a feed hopper 520mm x 490mm which slopes to the infeed throat 125m diameter
and is designed to handle firm products upto 101.6m square.
Also has a discharge hopper for product collection.
The unit is designed to:
Slice:
– Up to 12.7 mm (is fitted with 6mm slice).
Dice:
– Circular knives: 3.2mm to 50.8mm,
– Crosscut knives: 3.2mm to 76.2mm.
Strip Cuts:
Strip cuts can be made by removing the crosscut knife spindle from the machine.
The length of the strips will depend upon the size of the original product.
